When times goes by, things and people always change. Even you don’t know why. Perhaps it was because the things he saw, he had been through. The only thing we do know is to be true to ours heart. Laying down and take a deep breath may get some help… I think. Or just talk to your friends who can help you to get more relax on the mind.
We all think “I am the most important man”, but actually it’s not. Be able accept things we don’t learn, saw before. That wii help a lot.
